Identity Theft laws

I think that the law established in 04 was a good move. People who go around ruining peoples lives deserve some type of punishment. What this law doe sis it adds an extra mandatory two years serving period on top of the asigned penalty. It also allowed mor privlegded access to peoples personal files in work places. I believe that this will help to protect people but unfortunetly it won't help everyone.
